In-house AI assistant saves Jefferies London brokers around 10 hours a week in admin time.

An in-house AI assistant is saving partner brokers around 10 hours a week in administration after handling more than 11,000 buyer enquiries since September last year, claims Jefferies London.

Operational analysis from Prime Central London brokerage shows the system, known as J.E.S.S.E. (Jefferies Estate Sales Support Engine), has processed an average of roughly 1,863 calls a month.

It also generated 212 property viewings while supporting a large number of sales offers by qualifying enquiries and booking appointments directly into brokers’ diaries.

All inbound calls

The firm says J.E.S.S.E. currently handles all inbound calls and a significant proportion of outbound sales calls, too, identifying buyer requirements and matching them with suitable listings.

It adds that it is capable of managing up to 5,000 calls simultaneously, enabling the brokerage to respond instantly to buyer enquiries and follow up with prospective purchasers when relevant properties come to market.

Analysis shows J.E.S.S.E. is now saving each partner broker around two hours each working day by handling early-stage enquiries, qualification and appointment booking.

According to Damien Jefferies, Founder of Jefferies London, the firm developed the technology to improve speed and responsiveness while keeping a relationship-led approach.
