Keller Williams UK has announced that its annual MegaCamp event will be open to estate agents from across the industry for the first time. The two-day conference will take place on 16th and 17th April 2026 at the QEII Centre in Westminster, London.
Previously reserved for Keller Williams associates, the decision to open MegaCamp more widely marks a shift in approach, with the company positioning the event as an industry-level forum focused on skills, leadership and future-proofing.
More than 500 delegates are expected to attend, including agents from across the UK alongside invited high-performing agents from overseas.
The event will be themed Building Tomorrow’s Agent, Today and will focus on practical strategies around artificial intelligence, marketing, communication and leadership, as the profession continues to adapt to technological change and evolving consumer expectations.
First keynote revealedThe first keynote speaker confirmed is Phil M Jones, an internationally recognised communication expert and author of seven best-selling business books, including Exactly What to Say®. He is also the producer of the most-listened-to non-fiction audiobook of all time and the youngest-ever winner of the British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Award.
“MegaCamp is a rare opportunity to spend quality time with estate agents from across the UK – and it’s the only scheduled event I’ll be doing in the country in 2026,” Jones said. “Estate agency is changing fast, but one thing never changes: the agents who communicate best, win.”
Mark Readings, Growth Leader for Keller Williams UK, said the decision to open MegaCamp reflected a broader ambition to raise standards across the profession.
“MegaCamp is for all estate agents – no matter who you work with or where you’re based,” he said. “We’re opening our doors because we believe the best way to raise standards across the industry is to bring ambitious agents together and give them the tools to succeed.”
