Barry Jackson: Kudos to @ByTimReynolds for asking if NBA has considered giving Heat relief of some kind (with cap or draft). "This is an unprecedented situation. I'm incredibly sympathetic to the Heat and their fans. We are going to try to work something out with them. There's no obvious solution. As to the draft pick they conveyed, he hasn't been convicted of anything. It's an unfortunate circumstance.. We will be looking at this with the Heat.. and see if there's any satisfactory relief. At the moment, there is none."
