Avocado Property Agents has announced five major milestones achieved during 2025, including surpassing 2,000 completed property sales since its launch in 2020.
The brokerage confirmed it passed the landmark figure in September, with total completed sales now standing at 2,150. Avocado has also been named among the top five fastest-growing estate agency brands in 2025 and won Gold at The Negotiator Awards 2025 in the New Model Agency of the Year category.
The firm reported continued trading momentum through typically volatile periods. During November, a month shaped by Budget-related uncertainty, Avocado said it achieved sales agreed equivalent to 113% of available stock.
Avocado has continued to expand its partner network, with more than 40 estate agents now operating under the brand. Further agents are signed up and preparing to launch across several regions, including the Norfolk Coast, Oxfordshire, Basingstoke, Wiltshire and the West of England.
Performance prosCommercial performance across the network has also set new internal records. Avocado highlighted that partners Dan and Neil are on track to exceed £700,000 in banked business this year, surpassing their previous best.
The firm also said two solo partners are each expected to pass £250,000 in annual turnover, operating independently without a physical office.
Looking ahead, Avocado confirmed plans for a high-profile fundraising challenge in 2026. Founder, Ian Macbeth, has been approved by Guinness World Records to attempt to become the fastest male marathon runner wearing an inflatable emoji costume at the London Marathon. Further details will be announced next year.
Ian commented: “2025 has been a huge year for us. Hitting 2,000 completed sales since launch is a proud moment, but what matters most is what sits behind it – great agents, great service and a model that lets people build serious businesses without needing to be tied to an office.
“To win Best New Model Agency three years in a row is a real honour, and I’m excited about what comes next as we head into 2026.”
