Serial entrepreneur, Alex Depledge MBE, has been appointed to the Goodlord board as Non-Executive Director.

Lettings technology platform, Goodlord, has appointed Resi founder and CEO, Alex Depledge MBE, to its board as a Non-Executive Director.
A serial entrepreneur, Alex founded and exited the cleaning platform Hassle.com before launching the residential architect business, and also currently serves as the Entrepreneurship Advisor to the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
“I’m genuinely excited to be joining Goodlord at such a pivotal moment for the lettings industry,” said Alex. “I’ve admired the business – and William’s leadership – for many years, so the chance to support a team with this much ambition and momentum was impossible to resist.”

The news of Alex’s appointment follows a year of rapid growth for Goodlord, during which the company has hit profitability, launched a raft of new products to help the sector navigate the Renters’ Rights Act, and secured a range of high-profile partnerships – including becoming the exclusive referencing partner of the NRLA and rolling out its technology to all 300 branches of the Leaders Romans Group (LRG).
