Landlords and home sellers can now collect British Airways air miles following the launch of a new Foxtons incentive scheme.
In a tie-up with Avios, which runs the airline’s loyalty scheme, the London agency is making the rewards package available to new and existing customers.
And the estate agency is the only UK estate agent through which customers can collect Avios points.
Available to members of The British Airways Club, landlords and sellers must link their My Foxtons account with a club account prior to instructing Foxtons. Those yet to become a member of the Avios programme can sign-up for free today.

Customers using the scheme to let or sell their home can collect up to 30,000 ‘Avios’, while existing landlords who sign up for Foxtons’ property management services can collect 20,000 Avios.
One-way British Airways reward flights start at 10,000 Avios + £1, this means the firm’s customers could collect enough Avios for return flights to destinations including Paris, Geneva and Nice.
Limited timeAvios on house sales is a limited time offer running until 31 January 2026, and is available at participating Foxtons branches located in London, Watford, Bushey, Hemel Hempstead, Surrey and Berkshire.
Rewards cannot be combined, meaning customers can earn either for instruction or for property management services.
