The Galaxy S26 series is less than a month away at this point, and if you've been waiting for it in hopes that the top-of-the-line flagship will be radically reimagined, you're out of luck. Try again in 2027.
Thanks to a trove of early leaks and rumors, we already know a lot about the top-of-the-line Galaxy 26 Ultra. We've already seen CAD-based renders that gave us a clear look at what the upcoming flagship will look like, and the 'official' renders that just leaked today only corroborate what we've already seen.

Say hello to the camera bump
Posts By Chethan RaoThe folks over at Android Headlines got their hands on what appear to be official Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra renders, complete with the S Pen and multiple angles.
The renders highlight the device in Cobalt Violet and Black, though the full lineup is also expected to include White, Silver Shadow, Sky Blue, and Pink Gold colorways.
More importantly, the new renders confirm what we had already suspected from early CAD renders. The upcoming device will retain its predecessor's flat frame with curved edges, complete with a standard centered hole-punch selfie camera and thin bezels.
That looks familiar
The main design difference is apparent when you look at the device's rear camera setup. Samsung is going for a unified camera island, reminiscent of the Z Fold 6 and Z Fold 7's camera island.
This is in contrast to last year's Galaxy S25 series, which featured individual cutouts for each rear lens.
If you're the type of person that likes to type on their phone while it rests on a desk, the S26 Ultra isn't for you. This thing is going to WOBBLE when laid flat.

Posts By Karandeep Singh OberoiDesign aside, the device is all but confirmed to come with One UI 8.5 (based on Android 16) preinstalled, 256GB/512GB/1TB storage options, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 as the brain.

However, early rumors have suggested that the device might finally be ready to shed the Ultra line's long-standing 45W wired charging cap, which could actually be huge!
