Iamproperty has acquired The ValPal Network in a trade deal for an undisclosed sum, as the proptech firm continues to expand its end-to-end technology ecosystem for estate agents.
The acquisition adds automated valuation and AI-driven lead generation to Iamproperty’s growing suite of services, which already spans auctions, onboarding, compliance, conveyancing, CRM and marketing tools. The move forms part of the company’s strategy to support agents across the full buying, selling and lettings lifecycle.
Established more than a decade ago, The ValPal Network specialises in automated valuation technology and currently generates more than one million valuation leads each year for over 4,000 estate agency partners across the UK. iamproperty said the scale of ValPal’s lead-generation capability will strengthen its existing marketing and appraisal tools, giving agents additional routes to win instructions.
Lead generation focusA central component of the acquisition is ValPal Pro, ValPal’s flagship product, which uses AI to respond to and nurture vendor and landlord leads generated through agents’ websites.
The platform contacts prospects in real time, gathers key data, qualifies leads and prioritises those most likely to transact. Unresponsive leads are followed up through an automated nurture cycle lasting up to 12 months.
Iamproperty said integrating this technology into its ecosystem will allow agents to reduce manual follow-up, respond to enquiries more quickly and improve conversion from valuation request to instruction.
